Preparation

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if desired.
  • Gently fold in the cooked lobster meat, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions into the egg mixture.
  • Carefully pour the lobster mixture into the prepared pie crust.
