Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup green sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and green sprinkles evenly.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden brown and centers are soft.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra chewy cookies, use more brown sugar than granulated sugar. Chill the dough for 20 minutes if it’s too soft before baking. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for a cozy flavor twist.
