Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Make sure your butter is softened to room temperature for easy creaming with the sugar.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  • Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
