  • ¼ cup maple syrup Adjust sweetness to preference.
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar Can substitute with balsamic glaze.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Trim the ends of the brussel sprouts and remove any yellow leaves.
  • In a bowl, combine maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  • Toss the brussel sprouts in the marinade until thoroughly coated.
  • Carefully thread the coated brussel sprouts onto skewers.

Cooking

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
  • Remove from grill and drizzle with any remaining marinade before serving.

Notes

Best served warm. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
