Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Cut the beef sirloin into uniform, bite-sized cubes.
  • In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.

Cooking

  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Check for doneness using a meat thermometer; aim for 145°F for medium rare.
  • Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Notes
