This creamy, cheesy tortellini dish is simple yet elegant. With Parmesan, garlic, and spinach in a luscious cream sauce, it’s perfect for date nights, cozy weeknights, or family dinners.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package instructions (3–5 minutes fresh, longer if frozen). Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add spinach and cook 2–3 minutes until wilted.
Toss cooked tortellini in the sauce until evenly coated.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Serve hot with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a twist, add mushrooms, roasted squash, or fresh herbs like basil or thyme. Use gluten-free tortellini or dairy-free substitutes if needed.
