Ingredients
  

Crab Dip

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 oz lump crab meat picked over for shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or cheddar-jack blend
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Gently fold in lump crab meat and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

For extra Maryland flavor, sprinkle additional Old Bay on top before baking. This dip can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
