Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup tzatziki
  • 1 cup baba ganoush
  • 4 pieces flatbread warmed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
  • extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prep your workspace by placing a large serving board and gathering small bowls for dips.
  • Prepare dips: place hummus, tzatziki, and baba ganoush in separate small bowls.
  • Warm flatbreads in a skillet over medium heat until pliable and lightly charred. Keep warm wrapped in a towel.
  • Slice cucumber into rounds and halve cherry tomatoes. Wash and prepare mint and parsley leaves.
  • Arrange dips, flatbreads, vegetables, olives, and feta on the board for a colorful spread.
  • Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately and let guests build their own bites.
