  • 1 cup pretzels, crushed Choose your favorite shape.
  • 1 cup mini M&M's For topping, additional M&Ms can be used.

Chocolate Mixture

  • 680 g milk chocolate chips Can substitute with dairy-free chocolate chips for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil Helps with smooth melting.
  • 180 g creamy peanut butter Can substitute with sunflower seed butter for nut allergy concerns.

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Line your countertop with parchment paper to prevent the clusters from sticking later on.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Krispies cereal, crushed pretzels, and mini M&Ms. Gently toss them together and set aside.

Cooking

  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine the milk chocolate chips, vegetable oil, and creamy peanut butter. Stir continuously until smooth and glossy, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and gently fold until everything is coated.
  • Using a spoon, scoop portions of the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper, spacing them evenly.
  • Optionally, press additional mini M&Ms or crushed pretzels onto the tops of each cluster.

Setting

  • Let the clusters set at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour until firm.

Serving

  • Once cooled, serve immediately or store in an airtight container for snacking throughout the week.

Notes

Store in an airtight container. Can be frozen for longer storage; allow to thaw at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before consuming.
