  • 8 oz egg noodles cooked until al dente
  • 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice beef thinly and prepare garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3–5 minutes.
  • Pour in beef broth, stir, and let simmer for 2–3 minutes to form the sauce.
  • Add cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated with sauce.
  • Stir in chopped green onions, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another minute.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For a spicy version, add red pepper flakes or sriracha. Substitute beef with chicken, tofu, or shrimp for a protein variation. Great for meal prep — keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
