  • ¼ cup yellow mustard

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika Can use regular paprika if needed.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Slicing the Kielbasa

  • Slice the kielbasa crosswise, about 1/2 inch apart, without cutting all the way through.

Making the Glaze

  • In a small bowl, combine mustard, honey, and smoked paprika. Whisk until smooth.

Coating the Kielbasa

  • Brush the mustard mixture generously over the sliced kielbasa, ensuring it gets into the pockets.

Baking

  • Arrange the glazed kielbasa in the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Check for golden brown edges and caramelization on the surface.

Garnishing

  • Once baked, let the kielbasa rest for a couple of minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Serving

  • Serve warm, ideally straight from the oven.
