  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Fruit Tarts

  • 1 package pre-made tart shells
  • 2 cups pastry cream homemade or store-bought
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits strawberries, kiwi, blueberries
  • ¼ cup apricot glaze

Mini Cheesecakes

  • 12 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 graham cracker crusts

Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening

Preparation

  • Gather and measure all your ingredients. Preheat your oven as required for baking.

Chocolate Fudge

  • Combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring often until smooth, then pour into a lined baking dish to cool.

Peppermint Bark

  • Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Melt white chocolate, stir in peppermint extract, pour over dark chocolate, and top with crushed candy canes before allowing it to set.

Fruit Tarts

  • Fill tart shells with pastry cream, arrange mixed fruits on top, and brush with apricot glaze.

Mini Cheesecakes

  • Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth, add eggs and vanilla, then pour into graham cracker crusts and bake until set.

Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries
