Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup nut butter (like almond or peanut butter) Substitute with sunflower seed butter for nut-free
  • 1 cup oats Use certified gluten-free oats for gluten-free version
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Choose maple syrup for vegan option
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and measure them accurately.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, nut butter, oats, and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until well combined.
  • Assess the texture of the mixture. If it feels too dry, add a little water or more nut butter until it holds together without being overly sticky.
  • If you are choosing to include chocolate chips, gently fold them into the mixture.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, roughly one inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Pop the baking sheet into the refrigerator and let the balls chill for about 30 minutes.
  • After chilling, your No Bake Cake Batter Protein Balls are ready to be enjoyed.
