Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 package 15.35 oz Oreo cookies regular or holiday-themed
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Whipped Cream Layer

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pudding Layer

  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows optional, for extra fluffiness

Garnishes

  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies or mini M&Ms for garnish
  • Red and green sprinkles optional, for decoration
  • extra whole Oreos for topping

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all of your ingredients and set up your workspace. Make sure to have a 9×13-inch baking dish ready for layering.
  • In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until they form fine crumbs. Reserve some whole cookies for topping later.
  • Combine the crushed Oreos with melted butter, mixing until the crumbs are fully coated. Press this mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form a firm crust.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until completely combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the Oreo crust in your baking dish.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk. Let it sit for about 2 minutes until it thickens up.
  • Spread the thickened pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  • For added fluffiness, sprinkle mini marshmallows over the pudding layer, if desired.
  • Refrigerate the lasagna for at least 3 hours or until set.

Notes

Store the lasagna in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. It will stay good for 3-5 days, or you can freeze it in an airtight container for longer storage. The dessert is best enjoyed cold.
