  • 1 Oreo cookie pie crust

For the filling

  • 1 box white chocolate instant pudding mix (110 g)
  • 480 ml cold 2% milk
  • 120 g whipped topping (Cool Whip), divided Save half for topping
  • 2–3 drops neon green gel food coloring
  • 1–2 drops green food coloring

For the decoration

  • 70 g green sanding sugar
  • 70 g mini red heart-shaped sprinkles
  • 70 g large red heart-shaped sprinkles

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.

Making the Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the white chocolate pudding mix, cold 2% milk, and the food coloring.
  • Whisk or use a hand mixer to beat the mixture together for about 2–3 minutes until it thickens and soft peaks form.

Assembly

  • Carefully transfer the pudding mixture into the Oreo cookie pie crust.
  • Spread the mixture evenly using a spatula.
  • Place the pie in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for at least 3 hours.

Topping and Decoration

  • Once chilled, spoon half of the whipped topping over the set pudding layer.
  • Sprinkle the green sanding sugar over the whipped topping.
  • Add the mini red heart-shaped sprinkles all over.
  • Garnish each slice with one large red heart-shaped sprinkle just before serving.

Serving

  • Slice the pie into equal portions using a clean knife.
