Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: measure out 2 cups of cornflakes, 1 cup of mini marshmallows, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 1/4 cup of honey, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Cooking the Base

  • In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Heat over low to medium temperature until melted and combined, about 3-5 minutes. Stir continuously to avoid burning.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, mix the cornflakes and mini marshmallows thoroughly.
  • Pour the melted peanut butter and honey mixture over the cornflake and marshmallow mixture. Mix until everything is well-coated.

Forming Cookies
