Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base

  • 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine chilled
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup cranberry juice unsweetened preferred
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup peach schnapps or triple sec
  • ¼ cup simple syrup optional for sweetness

Garnishes

  • fresh fruit slices orange, lemon, or berries
  • fresh mint or rosemary for garnish
  • ice cubes as needed

Instructions
 

  • Chill your champagne flutes or cocktail glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
  • In a mixing jug, combine orange, cranberry, and pomegranate juices. Stir gently to blend.
  • Add peach schnapps or triple sec and optional simple syrup for sweetness. Mix lightly.
  • Remove the chilled glasses and fill them two-thirds full with the juice mixture.
  • Top each glass with champagne or sparkling wine to add fizz and brightness.
  • Garnish with fresh fruit slices and a sprig of mint or rosemary. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace champagne with sparkling water or soda. Mix and match fruit juices to suit your guests’ preferences — try mango, grapefruit, or even passionfruit for a tropical twist. Always serve chilled for maximum sparkle.
