Ingredients

Ravioli Carbonara

  • 20 oz cheese ravioli fresh or frozen
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ tsp salt to taste

  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Add cooked ravioli and reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.

Notes

For extra richness, add a splash of cream at the end. Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
