Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender, then cool and dice.
  • Cook peas in boiling water until tender and drain.
  • Dice cooked chicken or ham into small pieces.
  • Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel, and chop them.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, peas, meat, and chopped eggs.
  • Pour in mayonnaise and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gently mix until all ingredients are well coated.

Chilling

  • Transfer salad to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes.
