  • 4 pieces pork chops
  • 1 lb potatoes, diced
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking

  • for garnish Fresh parsley Optional for serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and cooking tools.
  • Chop your potatoes into even-sized pieces for even cooking.
  • Season your pork chops with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the seasoned pork chops and sear each side for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside.
  • In the same skillet, add your diced potatoes and stir occasionally.
  • Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  • Once tender, add the ranch dressing mix and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring well.
  • Return the browned pork chops to the skillet, spooning creamy sauce over them.
  • Cover and reduce heat to low, simmering for 8-10 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
