Ingredients
  

Truffle Base

  • 1 package Oreo cookies crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened

Coating & Decoration

  • 1 lb white chocolate chopped
  • candy eyes for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
  • In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until combined.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for 15 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt white chocolate in the microwave (30-second intervals) or over a double boiler.
  • Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, and place back on the sheet.
  • Before the chocolate sets, add two candy eyes to each truffle.
  • Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
