Ingredients
  

Chicken Thighs

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken thighs about 1–1.5 lbs total
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.
  • Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can swap spices to customize flavor, such as adding smoked paprika, chili powder, or Italian seasoning. Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
