Ingredients
  

Oven Baked Dumplings

  • 20 frozen dumplings potstickers or gyoza
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Peanut Sauce

  • ¼ cup peanut butter creamy
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sriracha optional
  • 2–3 tbsp warm water to thin sauce
  • green onions sliced, for garnish
  • sesame seeds optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange frozen dumplings on the baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Meanwhile, whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, and warm water until smooth.
  • Adjust sauce consistency with additional water if needed.
  • Serve baked dumplings warm with peanut sauce for dipping. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Use vegetable dumplings to keep this dish vegetarian. Great as a party appetizer or quick snack.
