Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis Ensure they are washed thoroughly
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Can be substituted with nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • as needed Olive oil cooking spray Lightly mist the zucchini slices before baking

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  • Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds, about a quarter-inch thick.

Mix the Coating

  • In a bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine well for even flavor distribution.

Arrange and Spray

  • Spread the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer without overlapping.
  • Lightly spray the slices with olive oil.

Apply Cheese Mixture

  • Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the zucchini slices to your preferred level.

Bake

  • Bake for 1 to 2 hours, checking periodically until golden brown and crispy.

Cool and Serve

  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days. For longer freshness, refrigerate but it may lose crunchiness.
