  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

  • Begin by preparing your ingredients. Dice the chicken breasts and chop the parsley. Gather the rest of the ingredients to make the process seamless and enjoyable.
  • In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is thoroughly coated with the spices.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs until they are light and frothy. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  • Fold the chicken mixture into the egg and cheese mixture until everything is evenly combined.
  • Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and form them into balls, about one inch in diameter.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the formed balls onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Bake the chicken bombs for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Check for doneness; the inside should be fully cooked, with a meat thermometer reading at least 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
