  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Green Beans

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For coating the green beans.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, optional For extra topping.

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients, wash, and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, and trim the ends of the green beans.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Cooking Potatoes

  • In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients for the potatoes: olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings.
  • Spread the seasoned potatoes on one side of the sheet pan and roast for about 10-15 minutes.

Preparing Chicken

  • In the same bowl used for the potatoes, toss together the chicken breast, olive oil, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, cracked pepper, and sea salt.
  • Coat the chicken evenly with the mixture.

Combining Ingredients

  • After the potatoes have roasted for about 10-15 minutes, remove the sheet pan from the oven and add the coated chicken next to the potatoes.

Preparing Green Beans

  • In a small bowl, mix the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, and seasonings.
