Ingredients
  

Meatball Mixture

  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup almond flour or coconut flour substitute
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, Parmesan, almond flour, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix thoroughly using hands or a spatula until well combined but not overmixed.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and arrange them evenly on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  • Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle olive oil over meatballs before baking. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet or microwave until warmed through.
