Ingredients
  

For the Meringue

  • 4 large large egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

For Topping

  • 1 cup whipped cream For spreading over the meringue
  • Assorted fresh fruits (e.g., berries, kiwi, passionfruit) For decorating the top

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add the granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, continuing to beat until glossy and stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the vanilla extract, white vinegar, and cornstarch using a spatula.
  • Shape the meringue into a wreath on the prepared baking sheet, creating a hollow center.
  • Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and leave the meringue inside with the door slightly ajar to cool.

Assembly

  • Once the meringue has cooled, spread the whipped cream evenly across its surface.
  • Arrange an assortment of fresh fruits on top of the whipped cream.
  • Serve the Pavlova Wreath immediately to enjoy its lightness and texture.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Avoid refrigerating or freezing as it will affect texture.
