  • ½ cup brown sugar Maple syrup or honey can be used as natural sweeteners.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened Can substitute with coconut oil or plant-based butter.
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon Feel free to experiment with nutmeg or ginger for extra flavor.
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Filling

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced Make sure peaches are ripe but firm.

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients. Wash, peel, and slice fresh peaches, removing any pits.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Making the Crust

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add softened butter and blend until crumbly.
  • Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.

Layering and Baking

  • Layer peach slices evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle remaining crumble mixture over the peaches.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Cooling and Serving
