  • salt optional, to taste
  • black pepper optional, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the cucumber thoroughly under cool water. Peel if desired.
  • Slice cucumber into rounds (about 1/4 inch thick) or cut into sticks.
  • Spread a layer of peanut butter over each cucumber slice or stick.
  • Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
  • Arrange on a plate and enjoy immediately for best freshness.

Notes
