Preparation

  • Begin by gathering all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until well integrated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  • Slowly pour the wet mixture into the bowl containing the dry ingredients and stir until you achieve a smooth batter.
  • Grease a cake pan with coconut oil and pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Baking
