Preparation

  • Step 1 – Prepare Ingredients: Begin by gathering all your ingredients.
  • Step 2 – Melt the Chocolate Chips: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  • Step 3 – Mix in Honey and Vanilla Extract: Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the honey and the vanilla extract.
  • Step 4 – Pour a Layer of Chocolate: Pour a small layer of the chocolate mixture into cupcake liners.
  • Step 5 – Chill in the Fridge: Place the lined cupcake tray in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
  • Step 6 – Add a Layer of Peanut Butter: Add a generous scoop of peanut butter on top of the chocolate layer.
  • Step 7 – Cover with More Melted Chocolate: Top the peanut butter layer with more of the melted chocolate mixture.

Notes
