  • 2 cups pecan pie filling

Chocolate Coating

  • 16 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For a smoother chocolate dip

Garnish

  • 1 cup chopped pecans For garnish

Preparation

  • Clear your kitchen counter and gather all ingredients.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.

Mixing

  • Crumble the cooled brownies into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  • Add pecan pie filling to the brownie crumbs and stir until well combined.

Forming and Freezing

  • Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Freeze the brownie balls for about 30 minutes.

Coating

  • Stir vegetable oil into the melted chocolate.
  • Dip each brownie ball in the melted chocolate, ensuring an even coating.

Garnishing

  • Return the chocolate-coated brownie balls to the parchment-lined sheet.
  • Sprinkle with chopped pecans before the chocolate sets.

Chilling

  • Refrigerate the tray for about 15 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
