Preparation

  • Start by draining the crushed pineapple thoroughly to eliminate excess juice.
  • In a large bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and chopped walnuts. Stir well until evenly combined.
  • Fold in the drained crushed pineapple to the dry mixture.
  • Add shredded coconut into the mixture.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and form them into bite-sized balls.
  • Place the formed balls onto a plate or tray lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  • Once chilled, your Pineapple Christmas Balls are ready to be served!
