coconut water

white rum

Instructions
Gather all ingredients — pineapple, coconut water, rum, ice, and lime juice.
Blend the pineapple chunks with coconut water until smooth.
Add rum, ice, and lime juice to the blender.
Blend until slushy and smooth, about 30 seconds.
Taste and adjust with agave syrup or more lime juice as desired.
Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with pineapple or lime wedges.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, replace rum with extra coconut water. Store any leftovers in the freezer and reblend before serving.
