  • 4 large Flour Tortillas for a soft and pliable burrito
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese gives that classic stretchy cheese quality
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Slices for a spicy and savory punch
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce the essential pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for brushing to get a crispy texture
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning to enhance the flavor

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lay out all your ingredients to assemble your Pizza Burritos easily.
  • On a flat surface, carefully lay out the flour tortillas.
  • Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on top of each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce generously.
  • Add a layer of pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top if desired.
  • Carefully roll the tortillas, tucking in the sides to form a burrito.

Baking

  • Place the finished burritos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the tops of the burritos with olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze them for up to two months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
