Delicious pretzel slider buns brushed with cowboy butter and stuffed with seasoned ground beef, jalapeño, crispy bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and French fried onions — baked until hot and bubbly!
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion, minced garlic, hamburger seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt until beef is browned and no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
Split pretzel slider buns horizontally and place bottom halves in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of melted cowboy butter over the bottom buns.
Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the buttered bottoms, then top with jalapeño slices, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and crispy fried onions.
Place top halves of the pretzel buns over the toppings and brush with another 2 tablespoons of cowboy butter.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is hot and bubbly. Remove foil and bake an additional 3–5 minutes until tops are golden. Serve hot with remaining cowboy butter for dipping.
Notes
You can prep the beef mixture, cowboy butter, and toppings ahead of time. Store cooked beef and cowboy butter separately in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
