  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it is at room temperature.
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels Crushed, but not into dust for texture.
  • 2 cups chocolate chips You can use milk, dark, or white chocolate.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients, ensuring cream cheese is softened.
  • Crush the pretzels into small pieces, maintaining some texture.
  • Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
  • Divide the mixture into small pieces and roll each into a ball about one inch in diameter.
  • Place the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip chilled balls into melted chocolate, let excess drip off, then return to the baking sheet.
  • While the chocolate is still melted, roll the balls in crushed pretzels.
  • Return the coated balls to the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to set the chocolate.

Serving

  • Once chocolate is set, serve on a festive platter and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to a month. Allow frozen balls to thaw in the refrigerator before serving. For decorative touches, drizzle with white chocolate.
