Ingredients
  

Pizza Base

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling

Toppings

  • 1 cup burrata cheese fresh and creamy
  • 4 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
  • 1 cup arugula fresh and peppery
  • 2 tbsp honey for drizzling
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) for a crispy crust.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  • Transfer the dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet and drizzle olive oil evenly over the surface.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then spread burrata cheese evenly over the pizza base.
  • Top with prosciutto slices and scatter arugula over the pizza.
  • Drizzle honey over the pizza, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh figs, red pepper flakes, or basil leaves after baking. You can use gluten-free dough or vegan cheese substitutes as needed.
