  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups oats
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup protein powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the oats, protein powder (if using), and a pinch of salt until evenly mixed.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips gently to avoid breaking them.
  • Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and preheat your refrigerator.
  • Evenly distribute the mixture into the liners and press down gently to compact.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Once set, remove the cups from the muffin tin and enjoy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze them for longer storage. Great versatility in ingredients to suit dietary needs.
