Ingredients
  

Dip Base

  • 8 oz feta cheese drained from brine
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree unsweetened
  • 1–2 tbsp honey plus more for garnish
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • black pepper freshly cracked, to taste

Garnish & Serving

  • fresh thyme for garnish
  • chopped walnuts optional, raw or toasted
  • crusty bread or crackers for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Prep your workspace and ingredients. Drain feta, measure yogurt, pumpkin, and honey.
  • Add feta and Greek yogurt to a food processor. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  • Add pumpkin puree and blend again until fully incorporated.
  • Mix in honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Transfer dip to a covered bowl and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped walnuts, fresh thyme, and a drizzle of honey.
  • Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute dairy-free feta and maple syrup instead of honey. Chill time is essential for best texture. Avoid over-blending to prevent a runny dip.
