  • 12-15 pieces ladyfingers Gluten-free ladyfingers can be used for a gluten-free version.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brew a strong cup of coffee and allow it to cool completely, which may take about 30 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip the mixture on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Assembly

  • Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee, making sure not to soak them.
  • Lay the dipped ladyfingers side by side on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form the base.
  • Spread a generous layer of the whipped cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Carefully roll the ladyfingers into a log shape using the parchment paper.
  • Wrap the log in parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • After chilling, spread chocolate ganache evenly over the rolled cake.
  • Dust the top with cocoa powder before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh berries for added enjoyment. Ideal for holiday gatherings and can be made ahead of time.
