Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning You can make your own by combining dried dill, parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Substitute with avocado oil or melted coconut oil if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preparation

  • Ensure your kitchen is clean and organized. Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly to create a smooth marinade.
  • Coat the chicken thighs completely with the ranch mixture, using your hands for even distribution.
  • Place the coated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced out for even cooking.

Cooking

  • Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Check the internal temperature around the 25-minute mark and remove the chicken when it reaches the ideal temperature.

Serving

  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Clean Up

  • While enjoying your meal, take a moment to clean up your workspace.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate for a few hours or overnight. For a crispy skin finish, broil the chicken for 2–3 minutes before serving.
