  • Skewers (wooden or metal) Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling

Preparation

  • Start by cutting your chicken breasts into uniform cubes to ensure they cook evenly. Gather all your ingredients.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water if using, to prevent them from burning on the grill.

Make the Marinade

  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Marinate the Chicken

  • Add the cubed chicken into the marinade, coating each piece evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  • Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Finishing Touches

  • Let the skewers rest for a few minutes after removing them from the grill. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To freeze, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Reheat in an oven at 350°F for 10 minutes or grill for a few minutes.
