Preparation

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
  • Gather all your ingredients.

Marinade

  • Mix together ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Coat the chicken cubes thoroughly in the marinade, then cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Serving

  • Remove skewers from grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
