Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka vanilla vodka preferred
  • 1.5 oz white chocolate liqueur (e.g., Godiva)
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur (e.g., Chambord)
  • 1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream for a creamier texture

Garnish

  • raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • white chocolate shavings or drizzle optional for rim or garnish

Instructions
 

  • Chill a martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes or fill with ice water to chill.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, white chocolate liqueur, raspberry liqueur, and half-and-half with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled and frothy.
  • Discard ice water from glass (if used) and optionally drizzle melted white chocolate inside the rim.
  • Strain cocktail into the chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh raspberries or chocolate shavings.

Notes

For a sweeter cocktail, add 1/2 oz simple syrup or raspberry syrup. To make a mocktail version, replace alcohol with white chocolate syrup, raspberry puree, and milk. Recipe inspired by MixUpRecipes’ dessert martini collection.
