  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen) You can substitute with other berries like strawberries or blueberries.
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla) Greek yogurt for thicker consistency or dairy-free yogurt for vegan option.
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips Optional. Substitute with peanut butter for younger kids.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and kitchen tools: mixing bowl, silicone muffin pan, or mini muffin tin.
  • Using a fork or a masher, gently mash the raspberries in the mixing bowl until broken down but still chunky.
  • Add the yogurt to the mashed raspberries and stir until well combined.
  • Line your mini muffin tin with liners or use a silicone muffin pan.
  • Scoop the raspberry yogurt mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  • Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 4 hours, until set.
  • Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl by heating for 1 minute, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove the yogurt bites from the freezer and drizzle melted chocolate over each bite.
  • Return the muffin tin to the freezer for another 5 minutes to set the chocolate.
  • Gently remove the yogurt bites from the tin or liners and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

To keep them fresh, store in an airtight container in the freezer. They last up to 3 months. Avoid reheating to maintain texture.
