  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder Unsweetened.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Ensure that the butter is softened to room temperature and the eggs are at room temperature.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Making the Base

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Incorporate vanilla extract and red food coloring.

Combining Ingredients

  • In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture while stirring gently.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips.

Baking
