  • Gather all ingredients: lime sherbet, lime juice, club soda, mint leaves, sugar (if using), ice, and lime slices for garnish.
  • In a large punch bowl, combine lime sherbet and lime juice. Stir gently until creamy and smooth.
  • Slowly pour in club soda while stirring to combine. Avoid stirring too vigorously to preserve the fizz.
  • Taste the punch and add sugar if you prefer it sweeter. Stir until dissolved.
  • Add fresh mint leaves for flavor and color, then stir lightly to distribute.
  • Add ice to keep the punch cool. Garnish with lime slices and additional mint leaves before serving.
  • Serve immediately in glasses and enjoy the refreshing, creamy fizz of this festive drink!

Notes

For an adult version, add a splash of white rum or vodka. To make it vegan or dairy-free, use a dairy-free lime sorbet. The punch is best enjoyed immediately but can be stored in the fridge for up to a day. The carbonation will fade over time.
