  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for richer flavor.
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk Can substitute with coconut milk for dairy-free.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Almond extract can be used for variation.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavors.

Mix-Ins

  • 1 cup caramel bits Regular caramels can also work.
  • 1 cup pretzels, crushed Gluten-free options are available.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
  • Fold in caramel bits and crushed pretzels until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Let it cool at room temperature for 1-2 hours or refrigerate to speed up the setting process.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into 16 squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for longer storage.
